Morning Fitness

Our school morning fitness. In early mornings me and my classmates exercises its kind of a way to start our daily days in school. I find this activity really amazing for our health and body. This activity helps us revive our brain and body to start our first class of the day. At the beginning of fitness we have to do 5 laps after that 5 laps we do shuttle running then we play all kinds of games. My favorite part is the games because it helps us learn or get used to working as a team. Room 9 or our room is really eager to win any kind of sports in school to help win back that trophy!
